C. Viper (Street Fighter Character Bio)
Crimson Viper is a lady American undercover agent wearing shades, leather gloves and a hi-tech, form-fitting suit full of lethal gizmos like rocket boots and tazer gloves. While she's evidently a mother outside of the spy business enterprise, she adorns an passionless mask while on-duty, brushing aside the responsibility to her fellow man in favor of her own destination: the demolition of the weapons being made by S.I.N., Shadaloo's weapons research division. She works for the CIA while positioning as an agent of Shadaloo; not even Interpol is aware of her true allegiances, and intrinsically she's drawn into a battle with Interpol agent Chun-Li. She's best likened to a combination of Chun-Li, due to her fast moves and weak defenses, and M. Bison, because of her strong specials but lack of priority moves. Viper's actual name is Maya.

Abel (Street Fighter Character Bio)
Abel is a French martial artist depicted as an amnesiac, a "man without any past", who compulsively follows every lead on the whereabouts of Shadaloo's leftovers. Covered in scrapes from head to toe, he was discovered in the burning remains of a Shadaloo base and nursed back to wellness by a group of mercenaries, acting alongside them to discover his past and defeat Shadaloo once and for all. His warring style is based on mixed martial arts, similar to those taught in military training. He realizes Guile's unique martial art, but refuses to comment when Guile presses him for information regarding Charlie (Street Fighter), the mastermind of the style.
Abel is a fighter like that of Alex from Street Fighter III.

El Fuerte (Street Fighter Character Bio)
El Fuerte is a disguised Mexican luchador. He balances his love of wrestling and cooking very well. He now travels the world in search of the greatest recipes. Despite his love of cooking, it seems he is in reality quite incapable as a chef.
El Fuerte is comparable to Zangief from Street Fighter II due to his large amount of throwing moves, but is more agile.

Rufus (Street Fighter Character Bio)
Rufus is a stout grappler who comes from the USA. He uses his own unparalleled style of kung-fu. He's declared himself the niftiest fighter in the USA and has a deep, albeit lopsided contention with Ken Masters. Encouraged by his mate Candy, he competes to prove that he's so better than Ken but he frequently mistakes other fighters for Ken.he's best compared to the likes of Ken and Vega due to his combo heavy moves and extreme quickness. Despite his morbidly fat appearance, he is actually a quick character, and has a long reach.
GameDaily named Rufus the strangest of the new characters introduced in Street Fighter IV, placing him 12th on their "Most Bizarre Fighting Characters" list and noting his high attack speed despite his weight. IGN described Rufus as among the most interesting new characters introduced in the title, because the "collocation between his amusing size and impressive speed" and adding that his attack set "shows that if you are able to get past Rufus' comical exterior, a capable fighter hides within."

Seth (Street Fighter Character Bio)
The chief character of Street Fighter IV, Seth is dubbed the "Puppet Master" and is the Chief Executive Officer of S.I.N., the weapons division of Shadaloo. His body has been expanded applying advanced technology, with a globe-shaped device that has the visual aspect of a ying-yang symbolic representation, set up on his belly called the "Tanden Engine".
His exceptional Moves are primarily methods practiced by other characters: Seth can execute Guile's Sonic Boom, Ryu's Shoryuken, Chun-Li's Hyakuretsukyaku, Dhalsim's Yoga Teleport and Zangief's Screw Pile Driver. He uses the Tanden Engine in his only master Special Move, a method which lures his adversaries to him with the device. Any missile thrown at him while executing this move will merely pass over him. His Super Combo move is the "Tanden Storm", in which he expends the energy stored in the Tanden Engine to demolish his adversary. His Ultra Combo is the "Tanden Stream", in which Seth employs the Tanden Engine to produce a potent energy vortex, which squeezes his adversary to fit into his fists and then throws them with smashing strength. Seth is a computer-only final boss in the arcade edition of Street Fighter IV, but is selectable in the home version.
